Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellation of any lesson. If canceling with 24+ hour notice, the lesson can be rescheduled. If canceling with less than 24 hour notice, rider is still responsible for lesson slot payment.
Late
Policy
If late, lesson must still be paid in full, and riding time is subject to remainder of lesson slot.
No-Show
Policy
No show must pay full price of lesson.
